The structured career development program entails six weeks of guided reflection, feedback, activities, and encouragement - all designed to help realign your work, wellness, and direction or next steps. Together, we will explore your past career, interests, and values as well as the barriers that are preventing you from achieving the career or lifestyle you want. We will walk through a series of steps that build upon each other, culminating in a goal-action plan and a competitive resume, cover letter, and job application to get you started on the next phase of your career journey. Most importantly, you will leave the program with renewed confidence, motivation, and a professional identity that aligns with your own personal values and interests - helping you feel more satisfied, balanced, and at peace with yourself and your career.
