Evaluation as a Process
Evaluation is an important process for measuring the success of an organization. The evaluation process examines alignment of goals, activities, and objectives, and assesses actual vs. intended outcomes by examining associated outputs (measures). Unintended outcomes are also documented through the evaluation process. Establishing and evaluating Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Timely (SMART) goals and associated activities and outputs is critical to program and organizational health.

- JBurton Consulting, LLC, charges $150/hour for independent projects, such as grant writing, creating executive summaries, drafting budgets, designing a logic model or evaluation plan, and data collection, analysis, or visualization projects.
